Transactions – Availability
Purchases from our online store are made exclusively in euro.
The prices of the products that have an indication of availability are bound at the time of the order in favor of the consumer. For products that are not available or Upon Order, no price commitment can be made.
How to Order
You can order products from our e-shop in the following ways:
A) By phone at +30 697 7866 278, so you will be asked for information about the product you are interested in, as well as some personal information for the correct shipment of the products.
B) Through our online store. Based on the order details, our e-shop will contact you to confirm the order and to inform you about the shipping cost of the products and the delivery time.
Our e-shop is committed to complying with any relevant provisions regarding personal data. For any damage caused to the company by false information, the company can seek compensation based on the relevant provisions of the civil and criminal code.
The customer reserves the right to cancel the order until the start of the shipping process (up to 24 hours from the registration of the order). To cancel or change the order you can contact us at tel. +30 697 7866 278 or via email at email@example.com.

Our e-shop allows you to pay for your order in the following ways:
A) Payment by credit / debit card via Stripe:
Pay with any credit / debit card securely online via Stripe.
B) Direct bank transfer
Make your payment directly into our bank account. Please use your Order ID as the payment reference. Your order will not be shipped until the funds have cleared in our account.

C) Cash on delivery
You can pay the time you receive your parcel in cash, at your place, to the courier employee. This payment option is available only for orders within Greece.

Europe and Worldwide (5 – 10 Days)
Free shipping is available for all orders above 100€.
Upon receipt of the products, please check the integrity of the products at the time you receive them and then sign the relevant receipt document. Your signature on the receipt form means that the product arrived at your place without damage.
In case of non-receipt of the product (and if a long time has passed since the registration of the order), please contact customer service at tel. +30 697 7866 278 or via email at firstname.lastname@example.org. For your best and fastest service, we would recommend you to mention the special order code that has been sent to the email address you stated during your order.
In case you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have the right to return the products you bought within 15 days from the date you receive them. Τhe products need to be in the same condition in which you received them, in the same packaging as they were delivered to you, together with the customer receipt. In any other case, returns will not be accepted.
Unfortunately, refunds are not available after you receive your orders. However, you have the right to choose among products of equal or greater value.
